David Kleba, MPT, MTC received his Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and his Master's of Physical Therapy (MPT) from Shenandoah University in 2001. In 2005, he completed an advanced certification in Manual Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. He also continues to pursue interests in Dynamic Movement Assessments for the prevention of injury of the lower quarter along with the safe return of athletes to competitive sports. David is also a certified IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) provider.

Prior to joining the TSPT team in Seven Fields in 2013, David served as a therapist, facility director and multi-site manager of multiple outpatient physical therapy clinics in the northern Pittsburgh region. David continues to be driven in furthering his education and experience to maximize patient outcomes. "Off the field" David is the proud parent of 3 young boys and resides with his wife in Adams Township.
