Phillip Swann, PA-C started with Tri-State Orthopaedics in September of 2021. Phillip attended West Virginia Wesleyan to obtain an undergraduate degree, and graduated with a Master’s of Physician Assistant Sciences from Saint Francis University in 2009. Prior to completing PA school, he worked in emergency medicine as a first responder for 20 years and as a combat medic with the 82nd Airborne Division for 3 years.
